I have conducted my PhD research on Gambierdiscus distributions in Tonga, as well as having conducted some previous work on ecotox of ciguatera-related toxins. I currently work in the Cook Islands where I am trying to expand our ciguatera research/monitoring capacity. I also work on macroalgae and coral reef monitoring, water quality, and coastal fisheries science.
